This B&B is very well located close to the town center, but yet along the road that passes the town. On the other side of the road is a parking place for the car. The host was very friendly. The room is spacious en had everything one needs for a comfortable overnight stay. The host gave us a tip for the restaurant for the evening : 'Liutprando'. It was a very good one, and very close to the B&B.

The couple who run this adorable apartment are two of the loveliest people that I have met. The love of their village, history and the joy that they can deliver through this apartment is everywhere from the doormat, to Jim Morrison, the washing machine- absolutely every detail is beautifully presented. Unfortunately I had to walk on or I’d still be there!

We liked everything about the experience. Patrizio is a great communicator and a lovely guy. Access to the apartment was trouble free. There is a supermarket a few hundred metres away The apartment was clean and well maintained and equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine and drying facilities.

Very imposing building . Good room. Wonderful dinner . Good breakfast. We arrived walking into Sutri very tired, telephoned Danielli who kindly arranged a transfer to the hotel, which is some way south of the town. He provided outstanding service as did the waitress and chef at dinner. The following morning we were directed back to the Via Francegina most efficiently .

Very friendly owner: he brought mineral water for us. There were enough coffee capsules for the coffee machine, some chips, brioches- enough for breakfast the next morning. The apartment was perfectly cleaned. Perfect on the Via Francigena!
