The staff was extremely welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We loved the decoration of the hotel which makes it very personal. The breakfast was small but had all you needed, sweet and savory, even Nutella. We had a car and it was a short drive to Petra. There is a free parking on site.

very nice and quiet hotel very close to the entrance to Petra. Everything was super clean and the room big and we could really warm up in the winter time. Everything looked new and very well maintained. The breakfast had a great selection of everything. Staff was friendly. Such a nice little hotel next to giants next door.

Staying at the Petra Premium Hotel was an extremely wonderful experience. Each of our needs was swiftly met by the staff, who were incredibly courteous and attentive. Perfect housekeeping was maintained throughout our stay. Manager Ahmad provided us with excellent assistance during our stay and was very kind and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again—it's my favourite hotel in Petra.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location with a wonderful breakfast. The staff were exceptional and the accomodations were great! We visited Petra and stayed at the Petra Moon Luxury Hotel-not sure if the other Petra Moon Hotel is as nice as this one. Lovely roof top pool.

As in the name, the accommodation is truly located in the middle of the city, surrounded by many shops, restaurants. The hotel and our room was cozy and the staff were just amazingly kind. During our stay there were only a few guests besides us, therefore the breakfast was not served at the top restaurant, however in the lobby, but they really put their heart in it and served us the best breakfast of all time! After that, they even offered a ride to Petra visitor center and back for free!

The ranch is placed in a rural, beautiful and peaceful location near little Petra. The horse riding was a big highlight from this trip. Saddam was an absolutely fantastic host, and always put in the utmost effort to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. It is certainly a pleasant experience and the ranch holds a unique charm that other accommodations in the surrounding area cannot provide. I would highly recommend.

The staff are great, helpful and always smiling. If you are renting a car for your jordan trip anyway and have a tight budget then might as well stay here. Their prices are substantially lower than other Petra accommodations. We uses their laundry service for 5 JD and clothes came out good. whites stayed white 🙂 breakfast selection is limited but is great!
