Nice clean and big room with Mt Fuji View. The staff are very attentive. The moment my car entered the hotel compound, the staff rushed out to tender her service, including helping to unload the luggage and provision of the carpark entry card. The breakfast was nice. We chose the Japanese style breakfast and surprisingly, it was very elaborate. The staff at the restaurant were very courteous. We will come back here again when we next visit Gotemba. Btw, the carpark is a basement carpark, free parking, and the lift goes right up to the hotel room.

There were two queen-size beds in the room. The room was spacious and clean and I was able to open up my luggage. The staff was helpful and there are many parking spots available. Strongly Recommend staying here when you drive around this area.

I have stayed here twice now, very convenient for the Highway exit and entrance. Hotel is clean and still quite new. For the price it's very good I think. Breakfast is good and staff are professional. Has its own parking right in front. Bed is comfortable and big.

Location was ideal. Stayed here for a night after visiting Kawaguchiko en route to Hakone. Right opposite the train station and bus stops for Tozan bus and shuttle bus to the premium outlet. Price included a simple buffet breakfast. Coffee machine, washing machines and vending machines at the lobby. Staff was very patient and helpful. You get to see Mt Fuji from the room. Great find in Gotemba!

The room was amazing. It was spacious, clean and had everything you needed and more, it even had a jacuzzi bath! The hotel staff were really friendly and very helpful. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer.

Good location. Quiet. With Mt. Fuji view. Good for vacation. It is amazing to see Mt. Fuji when open the eye every morning! Also it is close to Premium Outlet and good for shopping.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff and Front Desk were very helpful. They Went out their way to call For order Food for dinner for us because We arrived late in the hotel. The View of Mt. Fuji from our room was Magnificent. This is our 2nd time of stay and Will definitely come back. Also, It’s near to Gotemba Premium outlet. Just 1.3km.

Awesome! Ask at the reception for a room with view on Mount Fuji! Very spacious room with all comfort. Bubble bath. Huge bed. Nothing left to wish for. And yes, it's a "Love Hotel" but that fact made our stay even more fun.

After having to check out from another hotel due to the terrible facilities, this Rembrandt Premium Fuji Gotenba accommodation was the only one left in the area for a reasonable price on a short-notice. We went there and were very happy with the room. It was large, with a terrace, comfortable beds, and a great view of the forest, the city, and Mount Fuji. If I had known this before, I would have booked my stay here in the first place. We were well rested after our stay, and it saved our holiday trip.
