Well this is some hotel !!! Right in the heart of the station , easy to get to but slightly tricky to find first time in such a huge station ! The staff are brilliant and we should have gone for a bigger room as ours was ok and as we had a big tour trip the next day we stuck as we were and it was fine. The breakfasts were sensational and happy hour was brilliant….it was 3 pm to 7 pm and all free drinks and snacks ! Lovely location, great funny staff and all brilliant !!!

Check-in was smooth, with the host being very helpful. Place was very spacious and basically had everything you'd need. The location was great, didn't realise it was so close to so many things, very good. Would definitely love to stay again.

The room was incredibly clean and spacious. We arrived too early for check-in, but the lady in charge of housekeeping let us in our room anyway since it was already ready. The service was incredible. I got sick badly on our trip and needed antibiotics asap. Even though the hotel is unstaffed, there is a tablet via which you can contact someone. After sending a message via the tablet, the housekeeping lady was there in 5 min and drove me to the hospital. She also stayed throughout the doctor's visit with me to translate everything and make sure I was okay. I have never experienced such kindness in a hotel. Definitely recommend this when staying in Hiroshima! The location is also top!

    Absolutely loved this accomodation. We were shocked at how lovely it was. The location is perfect, really central. Lots of amenities, free drinks and access to microwaves and toaster ovens. The room was super clean, option for cleaning everyday. Fresh towels and PJ's. The shampoos and conditioners were lovely. Staff and cleaners super friendly. Best part of all was the free sauna and onsen. Absolutely would stay again

    Everything. It was so clean it was like no one has ever stayed there before. Great facilities within the property including a washing machine and dryer. It was very close to the peace park and close to lots of shops and dining. Everything you might need for short stay self catering accommodation. Would highly recommend for families.

    The location was great. The accommodation was spacious and had sufficient facilities to allow us to stay. Unit bath which has drying function and washing machine were very useful.     The apartment is close to the Peace Park and the place is calm and very convenient ! The streetcar and bus are close to the accommodation so it is easy to move around. Also I had some troubles during my stay, and the host was very helpful and always available to answer.

    The apartment was perfect for the 4 adults and one toddler who were staying. It was the only accommodation during our holiday in Japan that had a cot available for us to use. The apartment was well laid out and the amenities were good. The washing machine was an added bonus and our laundry dried really quickly on the balcony! The bus outside the apartment was great for getting to the station and into the centre. A good supermarket in walking distance as well as the usual 7-11 type shops.

    Close to Hiroshima Station, which is a giant construction zone at the moment - no noise here. Rooms were decently sized and well equipped. Breakfast was good with local options. We knew the chain from other branches, but were honestly surprised by the quality of accommodations and amenities given the very reasonable price of the rooms. I have previously stayed at the Granvia and would honestly prefer this hotel.
