Every thing was great, welcoming host, confortable and large rooms in the japanese style, convenient location to easily visit the most important spots in Hakone (Gora, open air museum, cable car to Owakudani, Pola museum, Togendai and the lake, Fuji san view and trails, ...), and above all, amazing food, delicious and very refined Japanes cuisine, both for diner and breakfast. This is an amazing place in the beautiful Hakone mountains that we will for sure once visit again. There are restaurants and shops in a walking distance. We got a cosy, clean, comfortable and spacious room that we liked it very much! The owners are wonderful people that do everything to make your stay pleasant. They are super helpful in anything you might need or ask. Navigating their guests in the Hakone area is something they do with love and even we stayed only one night we could still manage to enjoy the different sides of Hakone. Since it started raining when we were checking out, the owner offered us a ride to our next destination. This is one of the best accommodation experiences I have had and I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Hakone.

I would recommend anyone to stay at this guesthouse, the house itself is wonderful, the bedroom’s are large and comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and the jet bath is an added bonus. The location is amazing with so much to do around that area, lots of hikes and places to cycle and enjoy the scenery. The hosts are amazing and couldn’t do enough for me, they really went above and beyond. I hope to come back in the future and stay here again. Thank you so much for everything.

The saty is wonderful, with a very attentive and friendly manager, and excellent breakfast! The room was very clean and quiet, the beds were very good, and I can not support the claims for a small toilet, it is the same size as any European one, but with the normal Japanese functions. There are extensive toiletries available (free razors, q-tips, sponges and cosmetics) There are 2 private Onsen rooms, one made of wood, outside, the other split into an inside one and an outside one out of stone. Also, free massage chairs with lots of mangas to read (though purely in japanese) next to the chairs. The breakfast is available quite early already (we agreed on 7:30, which is excellent if you like to go to a nearby viewpoint at sunrise for breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and eat afterwards. Check out is at 11, whereas most hotels have checkout at 10, so that is a plus since it allows you to use the Onsen in the morning before departure too! Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would book again if we were in the vicinity.

Large and modern hotel conveniently located for excursion to Fuji and surroundings. Also good for car lovers. The whole hotel is about car racing. Great view on the mountain. Actually much better than when you stay in the towns next to it. Breakfast was great Staff very attentive The rooms are soundproof. We did not hear the formula cars driving in front of our room…

The hotel is well designed. Love the room I stayed in with Fuji view. Dinner at Robata Oyama restaurant is highly recommended. There are onsen, spa, pool and gym facilities within the hotel and the gym facilities are very good. The hotel offers a 30-minute simulator experience for guests, which is interesting.

If you like cars and mt Fuji, perfect location! Free shuttle bus to and from Gotemba station. Loved the food and reasonably priced for the quality. Staff are outstanding, they work like they own the place, and making sure guests are all taken care of. Even having my luggage sent through Yamato transport was organised by them to my next hotel. I would stay there over and over if I visit the area again.

Love every moment of it. Staff were welcoming and service was excellent, expected nothing less. Upon arriving, I was informed that my room had been upgraded, and it the space was massive. The view of Mount Fuji was magnificent! Had dinner at their Italian restaurant and order their 4(?) course meal, and it was amazing. Overall, 11/10 rating, enjoyed my stay here very much.

The hotel is newly opened & rooms were very spacious. I've booked the room with a view of Mt. Fuji, and it was amazing. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Plenty of free parking available makes it easy for people who are driving.
