This is my 4th stay with Morizuya If you are looking for really Ryukan here is you 1st choice Room is comfortable , location of Morizuya at the center so you can walk left or right to 7 Onsens around here, Morizuya provide beautiful kinono for free ( other hotel you have to pay more) Onwer is very active and friendly also very good photograpfer let him take your pictures for keeping good memory in Kimono. See you again next December. And don't miss to try private Onsen in the cave.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff was incredibly professional and spoke excellent English — something you don’t often find in Japan. The hotel itself is brand new, and the common areas are beautiful: spacious, stylish, and perfectly maintained. The overall mood and atmosphere of the hotel are spotless and serene. For those arriving by car, there’s a large free parking area, which is another great plus (and not so common in Japan). We arrived late in the evening, and the staff welcomed us warmly and were very attentive and kind throughout our stay. Our room was simply perfect — the most spacious one we had during our entire trip in Japan. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless. The bathroom was large and well designed, with separate areas for the shower and toilet. The sink was placed in the entrance area, but that didn’t bother us at all — it was actually quite convenient. We were genuinely sad to stay only one night. Next time, we’ll definitely plan to stay a few more days to explore the area and enjoy another relaxing stay at this wonderful hotel.

Excellent location! Takeno is a very cute town with a gorgeous beach, close to Kinosaki Onsen. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and kind, and communication was easy in spite of me knowing no Japanese. Origato!

The staff was amazing, very nice and always helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and every dinner was different. The food was delicious and the meals were big. The onsen was great and the mini bus driving you to town center during the day was very convenient (city center is also not that far it was just nice to have an option to also get a ride). No notes, would stay here again.

We were there for our honeymoon and loved pretty much everything about our stay there. The property is so well renovated with clear wooden floors, the rooms are impeccably clean, the staff and especially Iwasaki-San took such good care of us. There was a spectacular view from our room across the river, the onsen has an inside and outside onsen. The volume of food served in our room was impressive as was the range in the buffet for breakfast. You have a free pass to all of the public onsen and they are all diverse so try them all! The town itself is pretty with the river though the middle
