I think this was the most comfortable bed that I have experienced in Japan, hotels and ryokans included... I don't know why, but I really had the best sleep of my whole trip. The location is great, just next to the station, and the owner is happu to offer some suggestions of were to eat and what to visit on your next days. I will definetly come back if I have the chance :)

Loved the daily Farmers Market across the road. Delicious fresh food. Everything we needed for our stay at The Fairfield. The restaurants open at night were very good too Easy drive to walks and cultural sites nearby. Nikko and 20 minute drive We loved our stay here

The house was super new and ridiculously clean! I've stayed in a lot of places and this place wins them all hands down. Everything u need is prepared and the house smells fantastic all the time. You can even charge your phone straight from the port in the bed head.

Best hotel ever we do in 3 weeks in Japan! It's a love hotel so maybe not for family, perfectly clean, huge bed, huge room, bath tub with bubbles and lights, massage chair, even slot machine in the room, huge TV with many channels, all these equipments for very cheap price. Staff speak only japanese but super friendly.
