I loved the traditional style of this guest house and its quiet location out of the centre yet within easy reach. My room was simple but large and the bed and pillow very comfortable. The outdoor undercover area with water and coffee was really nice to sit in. Staff were helpful in providing information and a transfer to the bus station for minimal extra charge.

Easily the best hostel I stayed at in Laos! Nong is just wonderful - went well out of her way to take care of guests including taking them to the hospital when needed. The showers are wonderful, the beds are super comfy, great AC, and the whole place is clean and homely and relaxing the whole time. Thank you so much for having us Nong! We miss you!

Amazing place to stay before or after doing the Thakek Loop. Lots of helpful information about the loop is provided and they can store big luggage in a secure room whilst you are away. Clean room with air con and nice showers.

Right in the Center of the city Bike&Bed gives great value for the money. I was doing the Thakhek-Loop and rented a motorbike here. It was brand new and better than the one my friends got from the big renting company 200 meters away! The accommodation was also really good for the money. The woman who runs the place is really helpful in recommending restaurants and has also a good overview about how to cross to the Thai border and bus plans. Would definitely go again!

Cleanest hostel I’ve stayed in in south east Asia. Binh and staff work meticulously hard to keep everything spotless. Showers and toilets are cleaner than those in the west! Comfy beds with privacy curtains too. Binh is on hand for any questions on the thakhek loop. Highly recommend!
