It was one of the cleaniest rooms I stayed in during my holiday in Sri Lanka. Very comfortable, well equiped room in well maintaned house. Warm water, toiletries, AC and a fan. Good lighting. Nothing that i could complain about. Good spot and friendly hosts.

The villa has 3 floors, one with a livingroom, kitchen, toilet and entry. The private garden has a pool which was really nice! We think it was much nicer than the pictures show. Comfortable bed in a room on the 2nd floor with excellent AC. It even has a large roof top area. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They served great breakfast every morning inside the villa that was enjoyed in privacy. The villa is just acoss the small road from the beach, really close. There are no other places that we are aware of with closer proximity to the beach. There are quite a lot of small beach bars at this side of the beach which provide nice sun beds with or without coverage from the sun. Just a 5 min walk from Kaas is the main street with food stores. Hiriketiya beach is a 15 min walk over a hill. You can fint good surfing here. Bars and restaurant mainly close at midnight. Not a lot that is happening after this hour.

The place was in a very good location, close to the Hiriketiya beach. The room was wonderful, very clean and nice aesthetic and spacious. But what made our stay the best was the staff! So extremely lovely and the breakfast was amazing (the sambal). Overal a great stay, would recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic Villa with beautiful and comfortable and clean rooms and garden. The owner gave us the best hospitality on our vaccation. He Arranged tuk tuks and made reservations to the best lankesic restaurant in town. The place had everything, a big fantastic pool for the kids, after surf close to the fantastic beach. A well equiped kitchen, easy to make breakfast. A quite and calm, private place where we could relax and spend our time in the best place in the south of sri lanka.

Without doubt the best accommodation we experienced in Sri Lanka. When we arrived, we received a very warm welcome with coconuts and a tour of the house. The rooms were incredibly fresh and well cleaned. The host was incredibly helpful and organized tuktuk for day trips and also Taxi to Ella at a good price. Our favorites were the roof top where we could sit together and play games and look at the view. The shower which was open to the sky was also very nice. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. We want to give our host a big thank you for all the help and service we received during our stay here.

Room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, full Sri Lanka style with lovely pancakes and some very nice jam to go with the toast. location is perfect for access to the beach and restaurants with a shop opposite for essential items . Hosts were a lovely couple who helped us with our everything we needed.

    The best accommodation I stayed in during my three weeks in Sri Lanka. It was excellent value for me and my partner but there are two double rooms and absolutely loads of space making even better value for a group of four. The villa included a private pool, modern facilities and a roof top area. The service we received from start to finish was outstanding.

    This was one of my favorite accommodations in Sri Lanka. The room was nice and clean and there is a big balcony and a kitchen guests can use. It’s only a very short walk to the beautiful beach and you can see a lot of animals on the way. The owners welcomed me with a juice and the communication was very good! I extended my stay twice.

    This is the best guesthouse me and my friends ever been to! Staying with Badra and her family was amazing, so kind hearted people.     Wow - what an amazing place to stay. The family were lovely, thank you to the 3 boys who cooked us breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent, make sure you eat there! The accommodation is spacious and lovely. We got a welcome drink on arrival too. The accom is perfectly located for Hiriketiya beach, a 2 minute walk away

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at Breeze Bay villa and it was an unforgettable experience. This place is amazing. Owners and staff are so kind and very friendly. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. Seriously its fully surround by nature and birds are singing morning omg its amazing. Food and beverages are so delicious. I can’t wait to return to Breeze bay on my next visit. Highly recommended!
