This property has amazing views, so clean and beautiful. The best thing about this place though is the family, I will never forget how warm hearted they were and instantly felt like they cared for me. We chatted a lot, and we all ate together in the evenings, easily will be one of my most cherished memories in Sri Lanka. You have to stay here!! Kindest people ever.

Beautiful welcome from Kamal, he guided us from the town so we wouldn’t get lost. He made us dinner and a wonderful breakfast. Such amazing hospitality! He even gifted me some fresh and dried pepper that he’d grown himself. Thank you again, I’d love to come visit again next time I’m in Sri Lanka and enjoy the beautiful view from the property and the pool again.

From the entrance with Mr. Sivaraj to reception beautifu lady and going to the room it was exceeded expection, the smell of cleanness was everywhere and the food was perfect ( the guys in the restaurant they help me to find z best way how to try Sri lanka food which was the best ,i highly recommend the spa was also perfect. And add on i was having the chance to see Sri lanka wedding in the hotel for rich family. Honestly, it was a very nice place

Amazing! The place is really nice and clean. The owner is super helpful and friendly. It’s easy to reach and if you drive your own tuktuk they can help you with driving it up (it’s just a few meters) . He provides drinking water and there is nice warm water in the shower. The view is beautiful and the place is very peaceful. Good to get some rest after a day in the busy city. Would absolutely recommend and book it again!

We stayed at the Arambhaya Boutique Hotel for two nights and had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious with a lot of attention to detail, the hotel was very clean and modern, quiet with a beautiful garden. Great place overall. Was met pleasenlty by hotel staff who took our luggage down to apartment. Sana is a great manager, took care of us on arrival, made us nice luch and dinner since we arrived that day tired and were in hotel whole day. Swimming pool is nice also.

    The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. The cleanliness is flawless. The owner is very friendly and available at any time. The food was amazing. It was the perfect stay. Highly recommended. and also the Hanthana Mountain's view was breathtaking.

    Very comfortable to stay... Neat & tidy... Maintenance is good .... Manager is very soo nice & kind hearted.... Close to ambuluwawa tower if anyone plan to go to ambuluwawa , I suggested to stay there..... Facilities are good...

    Very friendly host. I did an unplanned last minute booking in this property and arrived in the evening. I got a whole apartment with external bathroom and balcony in a very quiet area. I only stayed 1 night, so I did not cook (the kitchen is very simple). The bus connection is very good, although you have to walk up the hill (aprox. 100m). The apartment is simple but with a lot of space and very quiet. Definitely a good alternative to Kandy city, which is very busy and polluted.
