Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible, providing the perfect setting to unwind. The location was unparalleled, offering breathtaking views and a unique blend of atmospheres. Waking up to the beauty of Sri Lanka and experiencing the cozy ambiance reminiscent of a European mountain cottage at night made our stay truly unforgettable. The food was delicious, clean, and tasted fresh like a home cooked meal. Intizar made our stay super unique, he took us to all the places we should see and made it really a great experience for us. The villas are very nice, cozy and clean. The entire property looks amazing, very well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had breakfast and dinner on our own terrace, they even helped us with the laundry, free of charge, because the service at the hotel they usually work with was not available at that moment.

Great place overall. Was met pleasenlty by hotel staff who took our luggage down to apartment. Sana is a great manager, took care of us on arrival, made us nice luch and dinner since we arrived that day tired and were in hotel whole day. Swimming pool is nice also.

A beautiful and peaceful hotel in the mountains in the middle of nature. Appropriately small. The road to get there was challenging, but our driver handled it just fine. The trip was worth it, because a wonderful place with a wonderful view awaited us there. Very clean hotel, swimming pool and the whole environment. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. The hotel also offered overnight accommodation for the driver. Perfect location near Kandy city away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also easy to get around the city by tuk-tuk from this place. The best hotel for a three-week vacation in terms of price-quality ratio! We would like to come back here again! Thank you to the entire staff and the owner himself for a wonderful stay!

Location has both urbanity and nature with a sense of serenity. The Ayurwedic Spa and the eco-friendly environment is a plus point. Very cool in the mornings and night.     The view is just out of this world. Great place for the escape to the nature and fresh air. The host, Inthizar made our trip smooth with all small details being organised including transportation, suggestions of place to visit and small hike to the breathtaking view point. I work in hospitality and I was so surprised to receive such a great personalised service. I highly recommend to visit The Cloud - memorable staycation guaranteed!

    The welcome from the staff was incredible, friendly and helpful. The accommodation is a match for the breathtaking views you see from your room. World class views and very difficult to beat. The food was delicious, healthy and catered for adults and children. This is a place you can genuinely switch off from the world and digital life.

    Of the 9 places I have stayed in Sri Lanka, this had the best facilities. Smart bedding and towels, working TV, bar fridge and wifi; good hot water supply. Pleasant outlook from balcony, including toque macaque monkeys playing on wires not far away. Close to main street but only train noise noticed. Owner keen to assist. Comfortable lounge chairs and small dining table. Very clean modern bathroom. Only a 350 rupee ride to the fabulous Myula Restaurant/Bar with its sensational views and great food. Exemplary.

    The hospitality of the hosts was amazing. They collected our luggage on arrival and made sure everything in the room was ready. We were the only one staying in the whole property at the time of check-in so we got a VIP treatment. The chef is an amazing cook and the Sri Lankan breakfast was amazing. The chef was really considerate of our food requirements and made sure the food was according to our taste. The property serves halal food.

    It was a wonderful night's stay at Dawson Bungalow while I was exploring the Kadugannawa area. And the bungalow is situated very close to the Kadugannwa railway station, Dawson Tower, and Balumgala View Point. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The service was also excellent.
