The guesthouse is in the perfect spot to walk in five minutes to one of the best beaches: not overrun, beautiful water, nice waves and not too many tourists (or locals). Just perfect for relaxing, swimming and catching some sun or shade. The breakfast is more than enough and very delicious, the woman who runs the guesthouse is very helpful, attentive and lovely. It’s very good value for money and we had one of the best stays in Sri Lanka here! A lovely veranda and garden to hang out after a day at the beach and trinco is not far away (visit the temples, the one in the city is very well worth it). We added one night because we loved the spot so much :)

A lovely spot to stay in Nilaveli. Very close to the beach and great value for money. The staff were lovely, going out of their way to help us. They even went out to get us cokes that weren't on the menu and offered to help us get shopping. The food was delicious and very affordable too. The room was basic as we expected but spacious and clean.

Located just a 3‑minute stroll from the serene Nilaveli Beach, this cozy B&B is in a perfect spot for easy beach days and exploring nearby attractions like Pigeon Island National Park and the Kanniya Hot Springs . Our room was spacious – with a private bathroom, balcony overlooking the garden, crisp AC, reliable Wi‑Fi, and great comfort overall . It quickly became our peaceful little haven after a day in the sun. But what truly set this place apart was the warmth of the hosts—Suman, Mallika, and their family. They greeted us even during our early arrival, having our room already prepared . Mallika’s home‑cooked Sri Lankan breakfast on the terrace was a daily treat—delicious, generous, and served with heartfelt kindness . The atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming—complete with friendly cats, chickens wandering through the garden, and a homely ambience that truly made us feel “at home” . They went above and beyond by helping arrange tuk‑tuks, and transfers, you name it—with helpful, local insider knowledge . Great design. It’s such a luxury experience to have a room by the beach. The view inside the room is already like a movie. Direct beach access. Great and wild beach. The place is new, clean and tidy. The bedrooms are big and well equipped. Only 200 m from the beach. We really enjoyed staying there. Rajeevan took care of us very kindly and efficiently. Air con was working g very well. Breakfast was continental style, but good. Everything met our expectations.
