the owners were so nice and hospitable. the son Sadew on our arrival showed us the area near the house, they cooked us dinner and provided everything that was necessary. Absolutely recommended place!

Clean room, very friendly host and very cute puppies !! (called Sera and Nora) We are two girls and felt very safe! The host was very helpful and helped us with arranging a safari. The safari was super nice, we saw the leopard, elephant and our favourite: the sloth bear. For a full day safari they arrange breakfast, lunch and some snacks so it was good worth of money.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavendish Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and a great atmosphere. Roshan and his family are lovely and very friendly. He is best tour guide with a smile on his face all the time. He helped us with evetything; planning our holiday, recommending accomodations on our next stops, things to do and places to visit. Their food is exceptional. Dimes, the cook made an incredible job. Rooms are very clean, have an AC and we slept like a baby.

The treehouse is super nice located. It feels like you are in the middle of the jungle. The owners are nice and helpful. The location is super quiet. We 10/10 recommend to stay there!

It's a good place to stay only for a night to visit willpattu national park; or maybe choose a room with a bathroom inside of it. Owner was super sweet, packed breakfast for the park since safaris start really early; he also brought me lunch from a town (not for free of course) & dropped me off at the bus stop when I left.

It was an awesome stay. Close to the Nationalpark, directly in the nature. On our first day we did a little walk to the Nationalpark by foot and discovered the near by Lake. There is not much to Do arround but we enjoyed this quiete stay. When its dark you hear and See the nature arround. With moskito spray its a awesome experience. Hashan was Our service, Our tuktuk driver and Took us to Safari, which was beautyful. The breakfast, Lunch and dinner was delicious and didnt cost much.

We had a great stay of 2 nights at Wild Edge! A pretty location with views over the field. Hashan and his wife made excellent Sri Lankan food for us which we really enjoyed. Hashan was also a great guide at a full-day safari for us, where we saw many animals, even leopards!

This is an incredible place! 3 kms off the road, so peaceful, quiet and stunningly beautiful. The family are lovely... So helpful. The food was simple but excellent, with the addition of trays of tea produced when we got up and again at tea time. This stay was truly the highlight of our 3 week trip. They arranged a full day safari for us in Wilpattu National Park... And yes, we saw leopards! We really felt staying in the tree house was a magical experience, definitely not to be missed.
