Location is 2 min from the beach. It is peaceful and quiet, well maintained territory by the building with little pool an basket/fotball pitch. The property owner is reliable, easy to come in contact with. Check in and check out were smooth, though the building can be little difficult to find (the number is not visible from the road, but the owner gives exact gps location and it is possible to ask people around). The apartment is like on the pictures. There is clean bedding and towels, and basic utensils in the kitchen. There is AC but we never used it, as the apartment remains cool with open windows because of see breeze. There is WiFi and TV with streaming.

Omg the staff are indescribably kind, hassan from room service was absolutely professional kind smiley all the time attending to our needs. Khawla in the reception is the best she welcomed us with the best check in ever and provided a top notch room. And last but not least the server in the restaurant at breakfast I can't remember his name but he is the most professional man very helpful treated my mother kindly and also due to an accident she had felling from chair he helped and treated her with such kindness Thank you for the stay 🙏

Everything about this resort was beautiful. The staff were amazing. Service was 10/10. I’ve been to Dubai where service is always immaculate but they’ve been so much better. All the staff pay so much attention to details. They’ve been so welcoming and friendly. I’ve honestly had the best time. We extended our stay as we loved it so much. I know they are negative reviews on the website but honestly our experience was the complete opposite. I will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. The customer service is exceptional and the hotel itself is stunning. Moutaz and his team in the buffet restaurant were first class! Food was incredible. We’ll definitely be coming back.
