The location was second to none! It was fantastic to be able to walk out the front door and be a five minute walk from a rainforest. Such a treat. I liked that all the staff who worked there are from the local community and they were always extremely friendly and hospitable.

Albert Irene and her sister (sorry didn't catch her name!) are great people, so warm and helpful. Good food, basic but comfortable accommodation, which is expected in a national park.

Dina and Robert are super nice and helpful. Dina cooks amazing food and is a very joyful person, and Robert knows everything about Mulu. The room was very clean, and the AC works amazingly well. The location is perfect because is 5 min walk from the airport and 5 min walk to the park. Dina also showed us the traditional clothes and dance from the area. thank you so much for everything!!

This review is based on the situations in a remote place like Mulu. The stay was good. It's about 1-1.5 km from Mulu national park and airport, so it's in walkable location. The host Helena and Shania was supportive. The room had 3 single beds. Initially I thought it would be a dormitory type of stay. But they have multiple rooms. It is a budget homestay. They prepare dinner and lunch is you ask for. Prices are at par with Mulu park restaurant.
