    The food from the previous vendor was good but the new vendor need to be more alert on sensitivity of the guest staying in the hotel. The last visit i came with indian colleague & they served fried rice with beef. Hope the management could be more sensitive on the food serves. No doubt my colleague did not complaint but i felt bad because she accidentally ate the beef. To be exact process minced beef

    The nice clean room also comes with a good sea view, we enjoyed the sunrise in our room. Had a pleasant stay with my family and will go back again! Must try the new seafood restaurant on the ground level, great menu! Oh they even have a mini zoo at the side of the hotel which was not ready during our previous year's visit.

    The manager Rizwan was very helpful when our car broke down. All the staffs are are polite and respectful. He went over and above to assist us trying to jumpstart the car and giving us a lift to meet the mechanic the next morning. We like Lotus Seaview at Pengerang which has a village feel, clean and well maintained. The breakfast inclusion is great, we enjoyed the daily breakfast during our stay.

    I had a great stay at the resort. Special thanks to the resort staff Syahmi who was very accomodating, put some balloons in the room and arranged a FOC mangrove tour for my daughter birthday. Breakfast menu changed daily was a plus point. Will for sure come back again.

    The entire stay was so pleasant. Place is clean and serene. We truly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely make a come back for a short getaway relaxation. A special shoutout to 2 of their staff, Eqin & Syahmi. They are exceptionally helpful and live to the real intent of customer service.
