Definitely exceeded our expectation. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. Complete with amenities such as cordless vacuum that makes cleaning easier. The ambiance was perfect. Outstanding service from the owner. Very attentive and helpful, making my experience exceptional. Worth every penny spent. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I look forward to coming back. Perfect location for those who attended the Songwak Water Music Festival.

The owners were both lovely and were kind enough to give you a lift to eating places which are some distance away. The house is beautiful, set in the jungle and while I was there I saw three different species of monkey. Breakfast was simple but good. The room I stayed in was very nice, with a large terrace.

Only stayed very briefly so cannot comment on location but the hotel was so nice! Beautiful aesthetic. Lovely pool, trees and furniture. Dorm room was nice and two showers for a dorm of 6 is great.

We loved staying at Nanga Damai, a little tropical oasis in the Borneo rainforest. Everything was perfect, the tranquil setting and wonderful hosts who helped organise activities and ensured we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very interesting and unique stay in a treehouse! Enjoyed the overall atmosphere, the easy access to the two beaches, well signposted trail hike to the waterfall and the food, although limited, was generally delicious and excellent value for money.

I liked the bed and the pillows...super comfy...could sleep well compared to other 4 to 5 stars hotel.Also the room stayed air conditioned the whole time even after we took the card room.Comfortable enough for sleep.The room was spacious and excellent view of beach and swimming pool.

Damai has a long history with me, my parents and my siblings growing up and staying over the weekend. Now we had a family reunion with 2nd generation kids of my older brother n sister, excepting we like them to experience the beach the location. It was just fine like 3/5 stars. Rooms were comfortable. Overall the Staff was accommodating and helpful. Stunning beach and sunset view.

It was a very unique accommodation with basic facilities. Thank whole area is very clean as the staff kept it clean all the time. We were expected to take off our shoes/sandals/slippers at selected places within the resort. You can rest assured that the pool is very clean as the gardener or uncle keeps it clean every single morning. Not only he cleans the pool but the surrounding area too. If you like a quiet place for rejuvenating and don't mind the weather, this is a good place to be for few days.

The place is wonderful right next to the trees with wild monkeys, beautiful flowers and a little waterfall. The pool is great to relax and the owners are very friendly and generous. The room is very quiet and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

We stayed in a tree house which had an amazing view of the sea, trees and sunset. We watched Silver Leaf and Proboscis monkeys just meters away from our balcony. Night jungle walk was excellent.
