The beach and the view is absolutely amazing. We stayed for nights and the breakfast was amazing although it can feel a bit repetitive after the 2nd day. They do change some of the dishes though. The staffs behavior are on another level. Extremely welcoming very warm and very helpful. Both of our kids (8G and 10B)also had an amazing time. They were either cycling (complimentary) or at the kids pool, which by the was very safe and did not need any supervision or they were busy at the kids club which is supervised by their lovely staff. Then we also had dinner by the beach, the food was simply outstanding just wish we could have enjoyed the food but couldn't due to mosquitos and insects biting on us. Hopefully the concern department can take care of this issue. They have two pools one is dedicated to adults only and then there is the family pool. I honestly loved the idea of having a private cavana right infront of the pool. You can lovedovey and all romantic with the missus all in your own little private area where no one can peek. We really enjoyed it.

We researched quite a bit and think this beach is the best place for you if you want a relaxed and laid back beach vacation. And if you want to stay at this beach Sunset Bay Cottage is the best option. The Bungalows are clean and comfortable, the staff has been very helpful and friendly and the beach front location is just spectacular. You will enjoy going swimming in the ocean, relaxing in the shadow, watch colourful birds and of course see the beautiful sunsets. The little Warung nearby is really good and there is a weekly market in town with nice food option (make that daily whilst Ramadan). In February we did not have any problems with mosquitos, the few we saw only came out at dawn.

Great location and very helpful and kind host! Would definitely recommend this area to stay as the beach was less than 5 minutes walk and very pleasantly quiet.

Honestly, the staff at this hotel were super friendly and chill – made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable. What really surprised me though was the beach! I didn’t expect Tanjung Rhu to be that beautiful. The water was so clear and the beach was peaceful, almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Such a great spot!

The accommodation is set in a beautiful and relaxing setting and has the feeling of being in nature. Suzie and Tariq are so lovely and accommodating and we are so grateful for their help during our stay. The breakfasts alone are enough of a reason to stay, in particular the overnight oats.

Eagleye is a little slice of paradise! We absolutely loved our four days here and wished we could’ve stayed longer. It’s exquisitely decorated with every little thing carefully considered. Suzie and her team are super friendly and there’s a nice communal feel to the accommodation, but you still have absolute privacy. incredible pool!! highly recommend

Excellent location for a peaceful relaxing holiday Great beaches. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Clean and Comfortable room , lovely outside area and pool. Excellent Breakfast. Would highly recommend Eagleye and if I were to visit Langkawi again would definitely stay here.

Amazing place absolutely loved it here peaceful and beautiful by a beautiful beach. Very friendly hosts with comfortable accommodation in a small village by the sea. A little gem which we would love to come back to. Lucky to have seen the horn bills visit the garden early morning along with lots birds and the owners pets. Love the pool great for relaxing by and enjoyed Tarick chilled out music. A lovely stay much better than a hotel. Really good value for money with added essentials to make our stay very comfortable. THANKYOU.

Well maintained accommodation in a peaceful location. Excellent value for money. Room was cleaned every day. Good nearby facilities including restaurants, cafes and launderette (all within walking distance). ~ 2km walk from a beautiful beach. We also rented two scooters from the property. This is a great base to explore Langkawi island. We extended our stay as we enjoyed DVilla Guesthouse so much :)
