Owner (Fass) of the resort accommodates all our needs. He was very friendly and calm. The hotel stay was decent and family orientated. The chalet we stayed facing the sea was fantastic. The bed, drapery toilet and room were very clean. Cafe and restaurant served good meals. Would definitely recommend to others and will book Dumba Bay if i make a trip to tioman again. I delayed in booking the snorkelling trip and couldn't get a slot, but Fass managed to get me a slot with another resort team. Thank you Fass and team.

Amazing place! Perhaps the best spot in Juara, cozy, managed by great people, with the right offer for additional activities. Thanks to them we managed to go on a jungle trekking experience and met Lan, an incredible guide and man who, while letting us discover the beauty of Tioman jungle allowed us to find out a lot about the Island’s culture, story and hidden secrets. Unforgettable experience!!

We loved our stay at the Resort. We went for just a mini vacation to relax and snorkel. The 7 minute walk down from the ferry dock is not difficult as it is similar to a sidewalk, so easy to pull a wheeled suitcase. Just walk to the end of the dock, turn left and it's on the main path. Well labelled and easy to find. The whole staff at Tioman Dive are so friendly, and when you went into your immaculate room with the air conditioning already on; it was just perfect. It's the little details that we love so much. Love the hammocks. The snorkel equipment to rent was the cheapest on the island and in the water directly in front of reception is an amazing reef. We saw a reef shark, lots of different kinds of coral and fishes. It was wonderful. The bar and surrounding restaurants had excellent food. We explored and walked down to the pizza place and it was fabulous. The staff even directed us towards another place when we inquired about kayak rentals at sunset. The wifi in the room was our only negative. The booking said there was Wi-Fi in the rooms but it's very spotty. Even our cellular service kept dropping. To have consistent connection you'd have to go down towards the lobby. Not ideal when you are responding to emails or have two teenagers in tow but we survived ;).

To begin with, the accommodation is very comfortable, with wonderful sea views and a great location between the two beaches of Juara. It’s true that the access can be a bit difficult, but it’s totally worth it for the stay. Above all, the best part for us was the owner, Wan. He was always attentive, helped us with everything he could and more, and he’s truly charming. Without a doubt, we’ll come back, and we’ll definitely book the same accommodation again.

So happy with the service provided by Mr. Tom Teo. He was very helpful and guided us well in the island. He gave us many options on the activities that we could do and and tried his best to meet our needs. The accommodation is nice and clean, if it's a 'kampung' life you're after, you got it. The other staff also are very helpful and try to meet your needs.

    Exceptional views at the best location. Delicious food and outstanding service, staff was really friendly and helpful. We stayed for 9 nights and really didnt want to leave, it was one of our most relaxing holidays ever. You should also take their offer of going on a Coral Island trip together, highly recommended if you like snorkeling! We already miss it and will definitely come back in the future.

    The location was excellent, the cabin was right on the beach and the views were spectacular. The cabin was very clean and had everything needed for the perfect holiday, including air conditioning and a small fridge. The staff went out of their way to make my stay perfect.

    Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very close to the beach and the jungle wildlife. We stayed in bungalow 26 and met friendly monkeys each morning close to our door step. Tioman is a little paradise! Hosts help with planning activities and luggage shuttle for arrival and departure. Also they offer cheap laundry service.

    We loved our stay at SPC! The location was perfect right near the jetty and loads of lovely restaurants close by especially the one on site. The beach right out front of the accommodation is rocky but you don't have to walk very far to find a sandy one. The AC works really well, the shower is nice and hot and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly, kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

    Idyllic beachfront location, well-equipped accommodation with good wifi and free drinking water, super friendly staff, convenient cafe and really responsive and helpful owner, who provided clear guidance ahead of time and tips and advice during our stay. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
