We were welcomed by Roar, and introduced to the flat. We enjoyed the charming house right in the center of town with plenty of space for 3 people. We consider returning for a Summer stay. Thank you!

All the staff (reception, dinner and breakfast, kind crab safari, husky handlers, drivers) I interacted with were super nice and helpful. I stayed one night at the snow hotel and one night at a cabin. For the snow hotel they provide you with a tour where everything is explained. You receive warm woolen socks, a balaclava, a warm sleeping bag with a liner. I enjoyed my night in the snow. For me it was a once in a lifetime experience and I am glad I got to do it here. My stay at the cabin was perfect. It is a well tought out space. Ideal for watching the Northern Lights all snuggled up. There are some nice walks you can do up the mountain near the reception and also along the river. It was a great place to relax and enjoy my last two days in Norway. And the puppies and reindeer are the cutest!

It is perfectly located right in the center of the town. Good bed, clean linen. Good for one night, if you don't plan to stay much inside and you are looking for cheaper accommodation.

Exceptional facility!!!!!! I had the most outstanding one night stay at SnowHotel. Everything was perfect. The SnowHotel itself was breathtaking, the restaurant facilities top quality, the staff went over and above, the huskies stole my heart. The location is stunning in general. I stayed the night before joining a Havila Cruise, the staff couldn't have been more accommodating to organise a smooth transfer to the harbour.

No breakfast offered at this basic hotel… think more like a budget hostel than Thon Hotel. But it is clean and in the centre of Kirkenes, perfect if you need a room before a cruise. We actually stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed a bespoke Kirkenes tour … the geopolitics of the area is really interesting. This is a remote town but at least 2 decent cafes open for morning breakfast and open all the time Narvesen.

Perfectly Ok, having a luggage room and staying space to wait with coffee/wifi was helpful. Kirkenes itself was fascinating, well worth visiting the bunker and museum. Great hikes with a bit of effort!

A one night stay in Kirkenes. We arrived quite late so only got to sample breakfast - which was very nice with a good range of food. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The hotel staff at reception were very pleasant. I'd certainly stay here again if I was passing.
