Just a wonderful property up on the hill with the most spectacular views of the Langtang Himal mountain range. The room was beautiful, clean with a stunning view to wake up to each morning. Food was delicious and the staff professional and brilliant! They arranged for me to visit the nearby temple while the driver waited for me which was reasonably priced too. Amazing sunset views on the terrace by the restaurant and the pool looked great although it was a little cold for me to use it.

I loved staying at this homestay. Ram, Raj and the entire family are amazing people. The food at the restaurant is the best I have had during my time in Nepal! This homestay has basic facilities which is reflected in the friendly price. The beds are quite hard, but just ask for more padding and blankets and they will provide you.

The family was very welcoming, easy to talk to and open. The location was exactly what I needed, a nice break from the bustling city and pollution. Trees and plants all around. And a beautiful sunset right from the terrace. Good food. Easy to get to Nagarkot with the local bus.

My friend and I (french girls, 23 years old) came for 3 days (2 nights). It was wonderful. The house is very pretty, rooms are perfect (very clean), meals are very tasty. Then, the view was mesmerizing, the stay was very peaceful. And, finaly, the family was welcoming, you really feel at home.

The owner is super friendly and helpful. He showed me all around the local area. I kept booking more days to stay because I couldn't get enough of Nagarkot and the nearby villages. Amazing views. Hotel is nice and clean, decent rooms and facilities for the price (which was very reasonable). Great food, especially the thali set menu for dinner, absolutely to die for.

    Lovely stay with very friendly owner. It is located right next to a beautiful hanging bridge which makes for a lovely little walk. We were lucky to stay in the treehouse which was a fantastic experience!

    I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Village View in Nagarkot. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the dal bhaat – it was fresh, organic, and absolutely delicious. The bed was super comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room was clean and well-maintained. One of the most delightful aspects was the soothing sound of the small river nearby, which added a serene and calming touch to the overall ambiance. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

    The host and wife are really lovely. He took me on a tour on the back of is bike to a nice festival and temple and for sunrise and Panorama Trek to Nagarkot. The accommodation is simple, but with a nice hot shower. For the cold they have a fire place in the main house where you can sit with the family and there are enough blankets and a hot water bottle to keep you warm at night. The food is amazing. Best dal Bhat. Would definitely recommend! It is really a place where you stay longer than expected.
