I love this hotel since 2004 when I first visited. Greytown is such a beautiful town. I smile by just arriving to it. This room was at the back, a building I had never stayed in. It was large and comfortable with double aspect leafy windows and a balcony. I loved the cookie and coffee/tea facilities. I arrived before midnight after a long 9-hour drive through countryside with no shops. This felt like heaven!

Location was great, hosts were fabulous. We were treated to fresh bread, eggs, cookies along with muesli and honey etc and they even made cupcakes for my Mum's birthday, so thoughtful. The beds were super comfy, accommodation was lovely and clean, and the shower was great. Was nice looking out onto the farm, patting the sheep and watching the calves and cows. Would definitely stay again, thanks Nicole!

We found the accommodation lovely there was a warm welcome from the host but they were not intrusive and we were very comfortable during our stay. We had a nice outlook towards the hills and a large green space in front .

Excellent Motel in Carterton. We were visiting for a family reunion but had to leave a day earlier than planned because of Cyclone Gabrielle. The owner Barry contacted me today and has refunded us for the night we left which we thought was great. The Motel is spotless with comfortable beds and was equipped with everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Great welcome at reception from Barry when we arrived. Would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Carterton. We will be back again one day for sure.
