-The location of where the hotel is, it makes it accessible to access from central Christchurch via walking. -The breakfast was fantastic in the morning a lot of choice and variety. -The bedroom and hotel in general are relatively new. It’s super clean, pristine. -The toiletries are amazing. They smell great the shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel. -The cocktail I had in the bar was tasty. -The staff were friendly and helped when required.

This accommodation is quite possibly one of the best holiday homes I’ve stayed in. The kitchen, bathroom and entire apartment was fully equipped with everything we ever needed and more. Location is convenient and Michiel was a perfect host - he even went out of his way to source an emergency sewing kit for us!

We enjoyed our holiday stay in the kiwi cozy accommodation. My son loved the heated pool. There's lots of activities for kids: jumping pillow,park, outdoor chess, big field for playing, pedal bikes, indoor games arcade. The accommodation was cosy and clean, all kitchen amenities supplied. The reception staff were lovely and friendly, also gave my son Easter eggs, bag, various fun activities, pencils and Easter mask. We had a lovely time. Location is within walking distance to shopping mall, close to fast foods and airport

Facilities cater to our group. We've stayed here on several occasions. We tried a different accommodation once and unfortunately, did not live up to our expectations so we continue stay at Tasman Holiday park. I needed to adjust my booking requirements the day of our stay and staff were accommodating and so friendly - did not make me feel like an inconvenience. Will continue to keep staying here. Thank you!

My recent stay at this Airbnb was delightful in every aspect. The property was impeccably maintained, reflecting the care and attention of the host. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the accommodations, providing ample room to relax and unwind. Additionally, the proximity to a park behind the house offered a serene environment for outdoor activities and exercise. One of the highlights of this Airbnb is its convenient location, it's close to both the CBD and the airport.

We had made travel plans months in advance at another motel who rudely rang us close to the time of our stay and advised that they were no longer taking pets. We contacted Christchurch Park Motel and booked with them instead and they were great to deal with! The accommodations were much nicer than were we had previously booked. This place is great for people with family's and pets, we had a great stay and will be back.

Prince, the one who run the hotel, is truly amazing!! We stayed there on the 25th of December and due to public holidays everything in Christchurch was closed. We asked him whether he knows a place that was opened to eat something and he offered us to drive us around to try to find something. We found an Indian restaurant and even got a drink together there, while waiting for the food to be prepared. On top of that the accommodation was really comfortable and had all the facilities needed. Thanks a lot!

This place was an absolute bargain. Super speedy checkin and the brief encounters I had with staff were wonderful. Shuttle service to the airport was fuss free and very very handy. Would absolutely stay again - definitely one of the best 'airport' accommodations I've had.
