The "bonus" was a truly warm and caring team of staff that made me feel comfortable and welcomed, from restaurant recommendations to friendly chats about travelling and language. The front desk ladies are very friendly and I was allowed to check-in earlier. The bed was the most comfortable of all the hotels I stayed in in Puerto Rico and came with 5 pillows! As soon as i got into the room i went down to the front desk and ask them to cancel the second night and refund the money since we were leaving to another hotel for the second night. The only reason we stayed the first was because there was no other empty hotel because of an event. The only good thing about it was the girl in the front desk (Atalia) who was very nice to me when i said i would’t stay there.
