Everything was super good! At our trip in Madeira it was one of 3 hottels, and its the best one! Clean, beautiful interior, tasty breakfast, good restaurants for dinner with good discount. Very good room cleaning daily. Friendly staff! Free parking. 10 points from 10.

Very large house, pictures didn't do it justice. Great facilities for cooking and washing clothes. Great value as well. Lovely private outdoor area to relax. Not far from Porto moniz for the pools, and a nice bar down the road for the best poncha in Madeira and close to the levada walk

The house is divided into two apartments, we stayed in the lower one (Doca Seca). The apartment was super new, some things were still originally packed. There is a small garden with covered terrace and you have a private parking inside the gate right next to the house. Even though it’s a separat house it is part of the Aqua Natura Bay hotel, and we could use all the hotel facilities for free. We arrived early and stored our luggage at the hotel and they brought it to the house once it was ready. The apartment is very modern and stylish. The kitchen is completely new, with stove, oven and dishwasher. The living room has a very comfortable couch with a big tv. There are two bathrooms in the house. One is accessible also from the terrace and the other is en-suite in the bedroom. The showers were very big and new, both with rain showers. The bed was big and comfortable with a view on the garden through the window-doors. There is a small room next to the entrance with a washing machine, hanger and ironing board. We stayed two nights and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. The hotel gives free passes to the natural pools of Porto Monitz, which we had also on check-out day. We also used the hotel indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Very nice apartment with lovely terrace overlooking the ocean. The owner was very prompt in replying, and very kind. The garage is just by the apartment, which made things very easy. We even found coffee as an amenity (for us Italians this is a plus).

    It was the best stay we had. Everything was perfect 😍 The house are fully furnished, there were more than we expected, a lot details which we found at the house did our stay comfortable. Last but not least location is super, 10 min by car to the ocean. Highly recommend this place. I even will say the point should be 11 of 10. Thanks that did our vacation so comfortable 💓

    Had an absolutely fabulous time staying here. The accommodation and other facilities like the restaurant and hotel were amazing, and the staff went above and beyond for us, making us feel so welcome and at home throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was delicious and with a stunning view.

    It's an apartment that feels like home. Everything is new and of good quality. Comfy beds, good shower, well-equipped kitchen (though we barely used it), with dishwasher (which we didn't use either). I think one can't possibly wish more than that when on holiday. Besides, the location is perfect, considering it's in the center of a small village, with (paid) parking right across the street. If I go to Porto Moniz again, I would gladly stay here once again.

    Easy and clear check-in. We enjoyed the view from the terrace, but also the stay inside where there was everything we needed. The only thing we can recommend is to have a car available, given that the accommodation is almost at the highest point in Porto Moniz, but that's why the beautiful view.

    The breakfast was good and I was also glad that it was included in the price of the accommodation. The staff was nice, the cleanliness of the common areas and the room I was in was good. The TV had quite a few domestic channels in good quality. The bathroom was above average and definitely the best I experienced during my stay in Madeira.
