The friendliness of the entire staff, the perfect location (all sights are within walking distance and two metro stations are also within walking distance), the housekeeping was impeccable, the shower pressure was excellent, and the proximity to a supermarket and restaurants. We liked it all, the staff was extremely professional and nice at the same time. The room was modern and very clean. The charger for the electric cars is a plus that the hotel offers for a small charge which is for sure less than in any public charging station.

Perfect location we were able to walk all of town and all the main sights from there, nice design and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, we didn’t have the breakfast included but opted for it twice and it was really good, good selection and food presented in a very nice, detail oriented way (you can tell someone puts some thought and heart in it :)). Would come back anytime! Parking in the garage close by worked well as well.

The host Luísa is wonderful and our room and balcony were gorgeous, complete with everything you need for the perfect stay. The area was nice, too, we'd recommend walking 10 minutes to the popular Aduela bar for drinks.

    Clean hotel. Quality accommodations. One flaw is that air conditioning shuts off after one hour. Tried to get staff to fix, they said was fixed, but it wasn't. I would recommend friends and family stay here at times of year AC not required, but not otherwise. Staff were friendly and was quite clean.
