- All staff were exceptionally helpful, very polite and welcoming - The Hotel was spotless clean, everywhere! - The bedroom was super spacious and had all the nice extras including dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc to make your stay more comfortable. - The bedroom was also very well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, which was very useful. - The Spa was unbelievable, it was clean, spacious, classy, and again with lovely staff. - The swimming pool and jacuzzi was fantastic, flawless and very clean - The restaurant and breakfast was beautiful, plentiful, tasty and service was excellent. - The 4 bars were really cool with individual stylish themes. - Perfect location and added bonus of having beach access. Ideal hotel for long stay or short stay visitors. We were treated like VIPs every day and the staff were so kind and helpful.. including sending a cheeky midnight burger from the 24hr room service menu!!!

I can't speak highly enough of the Hilton Pearl. The best part of our stay was the staff. All so genuine, friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to Rose in the Kitchen Restaurant for all your help kindness and the beautiful note you wrote us.xx Also a special thank you to Rahim the concierge who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and ensured we could get a table at the right restaurants and organised our tour. The staff were extra nice, the room was spacious clean and comfortable, the breakfast at the hotel is top notch ! I would definitely come back here for a good weekend. Upon our arrival, Juan greeted us warmly—friendly, youthful, yet precise in his welcome. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely divine. In the evening, there was a small misunderstanding with the taxi, which was my fault, but Sandra at reception handled the situation calmly and professionally resolving everything and expertly upselling us by guiding us to the bar. There, Margarita took over and dazzled us with the secret cocktail menu. Upon our departure, Ádám assisted with check-out, also greeting us with a big smile and helpful attitude. We thank the entire team and congratulate the management—this was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return.
