It was an awesome holiday we had! All staffs were very accomodating especially their manager sir ejaz, the chief chef of the restaurant, crew had provided us an excellent service. Their service really amazed us, they treated us like a family, like we have known each other for long time. My friends asked me if i came there already, and i said it was my first time to be there. Its all worth it to go back and spend time for a rest, there in HOLIDAY INN JUBAIL. surely, they will take care of you. I probably go back for another holiday there.

    Big accommodation and swimming pool with life saving coach present. Recommended for a big families without second thought. Location is peaceful with park and beach facility. Car parking facility is also good. Staffs are polite and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

    The studf from the reception to the time of leaving were very helpful, give you a great hospitality with a big smile. The beach was very good, restaurant was perfect with skilful chef and professional waiters and they have a good activities that you can do to give your holiday much more fun. I think it is the best beachfront hotel I stayed in in the Eastern province and I almost tried most of them 😂😂

    Excellent staff and customer service. It is like a home away from home. Very polite and helpful staff no matter if reception, restaurant, or room service. Breakfast and lunch are 100% healthy and fresh. The staff at the reception desk is amazing, bilingual therefore no issue communicating in English. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants to visit Jubail must stay at the Holiday inn Jubail Hotel.

    Nice hotel for a family stay. Breakfast included in the stay. The receptionist was very welcoming, allowed and adjusted early check-in even though the hotel was full due to Eid holidays. Extra bedding and blankets provided on the request
