They responded quickly and prepared a room for us with a pineapple juice as a welcome drink. Despite being small, the room was nice, and the hotel's location was fantastic. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was the highlight - large, beautiful, and never felt crowded, even with many people around.
