there is no scale to evaluate the staff of this hotel. 10 is not enough. I have been to 9 hotels in Thailand, but there was no such nice and smiling staff anywhere. Additionally, if someone likes cats, they have several of them. I will come back someday.

We were accommodated in a luxury villa - a beautiful spacious house, nicely furnished. Only the TV did not have any channels tuned in. From the villa you have a view of the entire area, which is also beautiful, surrounded by mountains and jungle. The pool is pleasant, the water is warm, the sun beds are comfortable. Breakfast is sufficient, but it could be bigger and more varied. The entertainment was provided by monkeys who came to steal food. The accommodation provides free transportation to and from the city. You will appreciate this if you do not have your own scooter or car. You cannot get anywhere on foot. But it is even more peaceful there. Right next door is an elephant sanctuary, which we recommend visiting, they take very good care of the elephants.

The property was overall a pleasant place to stay in. The family room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. Hotel was quiet and everyone staying there respected the privacy of one another. I am also very glad there were no crying babies when we were there. Food/breakfast at the hotel was great too. Thankful we had staff like Jap and Pop to answer all our enquiries while we were there.

We loved our stay here!! staying in a glass room in nature was amazing!!| - The facilities were great and very clean - The rooms are spaced out nicely - Good WIFI - The beach is basically private The hike to Railey beach is okay. we really liked that we stayed in a quite place only a short walk away from Railey Beach

Lovely place to stay. The staff was so nice and helpful all the way from the reservations up until departure. The operations manager is a very polite person and came to greet us at breakfast to see if we had a good night. He even granted us an upgrade when he did not have to. The views are great, the accommodation was great and we had lovely food at the facility restaurant.

The rooms and facilities are kept very clean - the staff were cleaning the hall, washrooms, and shower room twice daily. Accommodations are very basic, but for a private room and on a traveler's budget it is everything that you need.
