This hotel offers excellent value for money. For a very modest price, you get good accommodations in a resort setting close to the beaches. The staff is very friendly and eager to serve you. It's ideal for a short, budget-friendly stay of a few days. There's a restaurant downstairs where you can have breakfast (included in the price), lunch, and dinner until late. As a compliment, they treated me to free tea and coffee throughout my stay.

My room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly decorated, offering all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved waking up to the sound of the waves. The food at the resort was exceptional! The buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to all tastes. The à la carte restaurants were also fantastic, with high-quality dishes and excellent service. One of the highlights was the entertainment and activities. From the lively evening shows to the relaxing spa treatments, there was always something to enjoy. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the private beach area was perfect for unwinding. Most importantly, the service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, always with a smile. We really enjoyed our two week stay at Seda holiday apartments. Very clean and great location for exploring Avsallar and beyond. Pool area was very clean and the grounds are very well kept. Çağdaş, the manager at the complex could not have been friendlier and went out of his way to ensure our stay was very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to stay here again.

The hotel is located on the beach (their own), which is very comfortable. The sea and the beach are perfect, soft silky sand with some stones on the bottom (it didn´t bother us at all). The hotel is lying in the hotel area but you can walk about 7 minutes to the market place with some shops and restaurants. Busses and taxi can take you to Alanya. The staff is very considerate and friendly! Thank you very much ! The food is delicious, a great variety of dishes with the Turkish character, meat, fish, various vegetables, deserts, fruit. I recommend to drink Ayran (salted yoghurt) which was served in the sea bar - very refreshing in the hot weather. We really appreciated all! There is a pool, but we didn`t use it - preferred the beach.

Everything was great! From the very first steps we were welcomed like kings. The very nest day, we were given our personal assistant Mr. YAROSLAV who was amazing during our all stay. Indeed, he texted us every day asking us if we need something and if the whole family was happy. We highly recommend this hotel to everybody !!!

Enjoyed every moment we stayed at this hotel. The best thing about the hotel was definitely the staff. They were so professional yet so friendly, made you feel so welcomed. The night staff, the chef’s, literally all the staff was always so happy and made sure you were having the best experience. Thank you to Yaroslav who got in touch with us before our stay to give us more information before we got there, and checked up on us every day to make sure everything was ok. Everything was 10/10

The staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and professionalism, contributing to an overall outstanding experience. Right from the moment we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a breathtaking sea view. The hotel manager was exceptionally accommodating and made sure to check in on us regularly to ensure that we were having a wonderful time and just making sure we were overall enjoying our holiday.

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The food was amazing, the staff members were super helpful and polite. The rooms are just huge. The kids could sleep upstairs while we were downstairs. The beach is right next to the hotel and there are beautiful cliffs where you can walk. Strongly recommend👍👍👍
