The room it self was basic, but it was absolutely spotlessly clean and had no insects or mosquitoes. The shower has plenty of hot water! The room had mosquito netting around the bed but the windows could not fully close. The shower was warm but little water pressure. The food was good but no menu like we expected after previous contact with menu photos. Overal good basic stay, nice and near the park entrance and friendly staff. If you're on your way to or from Murchison Falls, this is the place to stay. When they were here filming The African Queen., room 3 is where Katherine Hepburn stayed and Humphrey Bogart was in room 5 The bar/restaurant is spacious and airy. Breakfast is super good and cheap. Ask for Nicolas if you want to do a tour to Murchison Falls from here. This is organised through the accommodation but was superb and fairly priced. This was you can stay at this nice affordable accommodation outside the park and travel in to partake of all of its wonders.Guest review byjustinYoung couple
