Front desk staff were very helpful with room change and information about local area attractions. Ate at both indoor restaurants. Dinner in their pub style room and breakfast in the Windows room. The room was awesome, beds comfy, balcony view of the castle was perfect. It was very quiet. I think that is the first hotel I have stayed where the floors weren’t carpet and I loved that.
