I don't like to give out my best addresses, but this hotel is one of them. It's really well placed, free parking, really comfortable rooms, access to the private beach, sun loungers on the beach (free), barbecues... really great!

The bedroom is very nice, beds are clean and comfortable, nice pictures on the walls. The communication with the help desk is very easy, the replies are fast (however you are forced to use text messages which is paid, and despite the very nice human contact, some problems remain unsolved).

We stayed in the Three-Bedroom Villa, and it was easily the best hotel room I’ve ever seen. There are plenty of things to do around the property, and the swimming pool area is great too :). I’d definitely stay again 100%!

A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

    I stay at Stevensons several times during ski season. I enjoy arriving and chatting with the manager. My recent experience was similar to previous experiences with one exception, a room I have stayed in previously was given an upgrade. Kudos to Stevensons for improving the comfort and experience!

    This season I have an Epic pass and am skiing Northstar, which is 10 minutes away on weekdays and when the roads are clear. Having stayed there several times the owner and I have become familiar with each other and we always have a nice chat.

    It was situated perfectly on the beach. We really liked the fact it came with a games section, pool, indoor lounge and private beach. Would definitely stay again.

    The room was excellent. It was entirely refurbished (this is an older property) and therefore a very large room...and an added bonus the room was upstairs at the end of the building overlooking trees. ... which added to the ambiance. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and convenient bedside plugs. We would stay here again.

    Fantastic beach access and great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful and left detailed after hours checkin instructions when needed. The family suit was spacious and had all accommodations that were necessary in the kitchenette. Perfect for a family of six and fit our budget nicely.

    The location, interior decoration, and wonderful property management! We had a small problem with the water being shut off and both the owner and maintenance man stayed up late I to the evening to resolve the issue. Best service I’ve ever had at any accommodations.
