One of the best, most comfortable and cozy hotels we have stayed during almost a month of traveling in Vietnam. Great social, but not loud or party enviroment, witch was what we were looking for! We tried staying in dorms and in separate rooms and I honestly would not know witch is better, since dorm beds are very comfortable and wide, has locker with outlets inside and with a lock, so you can leave valuable stuff charging even if you are out. More than enough space to store your backpacks and other stuff in lockers under the beds. Cleanliness is also great, shared bathrooms and showers included. Hang out area downstares are great, breakfast really good, recommend having them included. One of the highlights of the stay was a bbq dinner (they arange it every few days). You get to bbq your own food and socialise during it, lots of fun. And the best part of this place is the owner. She is such a sweetheart and very carring, speaks great english and is ready to help make your stay at Mooka's home even more memorable.

Despite its secluded feel, accessibility is excellent: you're just moments away from a big supermarket and have easy access to local transportation. Best of all, the beautiful lake and nature surrounding the area are right there for peaceful morning walks and nature escapes. The facilities offered here elevate the stay significantly. The value is outstanding, largely due to the inclusion of a delicious free breakfast and constant access to free, purified drinking water. These thoughtful touches saved us time and money daily. The common areas and rooms were also spotlessly clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and hassle-free stay. What truly sets this place apart is the family atmosphere. It is genuinely family-run, and the owners are so warm and welcoming. Their cute 5-year-old daughter adds a lovely touch of home life; she’s sweet and playful but completely non-intrusive. If you are looking for a place that combines tranquility, amazing convenience, and warm hospitality, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!

The couple who own the hotel are such nice and friendly people. Always welcoming me with a smile and even offered me 2 additional bottles of water as I returned back one day which was an incredibly nice gesture. Location was great, not too far from the central area, it was quiet and hidden in a perfect little road. The price was excellent, would recommend to anyone.

When you head towards the hotel for the first time, you think: what a weird location I've chosen - the streets are not that nice, not much good cafes around etc. Then you come into the hotel and think it is a different reality, like an oasis in the desert 😄 The territory is neatly looked after, very clean, green and very pleasant to the eye. The gardener is always on duty. The bellboy meets you at the gates with no exceptions. The reception personnel is kind and helpful. The room that was provided to us at first was a bit noisy because of the pump, but the administration quickly changed the room for us. So it was nice and comfortable. I pay much attention to the bed as I get older 😄 so here my sleep was very calm and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, everything is exceptionally fresh, and unlike in many Vietnamese hotels, there's choice of both - Vietnamese and European varieties of food. It is a buffet, but the eggs are cooked personally for the guest whichever way you want them. Nice instrumental music played in the lobby, which makes sitting by the windows pretty romantic.

The staff here were so kind and lovely, first we had the family dinner which was incredible - there were about 12 different dishes, each were delicious and such a good feeling and conversation there and played with their young son who is adorable. On one day I had a bad cough (from the plane) so stayed in bed and they were very kind and even made me some simple comfort food and gave me fruits the next morning. They also booked my husband an easy rider tour and they came within 15 mins to pick him up! I wish I hadn’t had the cough as we would have done lots of things through the hostel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the location was great - an easy walk to main things in Dalat.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice! they helped us find very good restaurants and also in organising a bus to cam ranh for a very cheap price. The whole facility is new and just a little out of the center however it only takes you about 10 minutes to get to the center by motorbike which can be cheaply rented in the hotel.
