The staff were very helpful and accommodating, as we arrived at the end of a spring heatwave and the AC system was experiencing challenges. We moved to a new room on a lower floor and all was well. the breakfast was plentiful but expensive so we bought food at the grocery store on hte ground floor and had meals in our room. The hotel is right across the street from a metro station, so getting to sites was easy and there is a food court across the street with several dining options. I would stay here again.

The Location was excellent, close to the U Bahn and to a mall and a supermarket but still very quiet. The view is unbeatable, you have the most incredible view over the Donau and magical sunsets, incredible!! Our host Anton was the best, he was such a kind and fun guy, we had the best time chatting with him, talking about the city and discovering all the amazing spots he recommended. 1000/10! THE BEST! Very clean, quiet, and equipped! The apartment was bigger than expected, there was parking and bikes available for everyone and our host was available at any time! I think it's a great place to stay for any kind of travel, It doesn't matter if it's a family trip or a group of friends looking for adventures, everyone we talked to had a blast.
