Best part is the family that hosted us was too sweet.

The reception was very nice with Lucas (we arrived a bit late but he was there) Raquel the employee of the Refúgio was very kind and friendly. Everything was great, the tour to meet the pink dolphin, the Indigenous community and the beach. I loved the experience of the jungle and the bathroom? Blow my mind! I loved it

What stand out the most is our Host Mr. Manual always replies almost immediately about checking in and other inquiries. The accommodation is very great, it includes all the appliances even a hair dryer! Very spacious and clean, service is A+ and price cant be beat! We ended staying another 2 nights and cancel from our other booking. 🙂 he also reserve our ride going back to the airport.

The gym is really nice. The breakfast options were exactly like we like it. The restaurant of the hotel is the Fitz Carrald, which is one of the best in Manaus, really worth a visit. And I must not forget to mention the wonderful staff, they are polite, friendly and helpful. We had an amazing experience at this hotel and will for sure stay again if/when we go back to Manaus.

It was a 5 star experience. Amazing from Day 1 to last day. Extremely enjoyed the 5 star luxury service. Worth every penny.

The hotel offers different jungle tours, and in the interval, guests can relax in a straw hut with hammock area surrounded by the native vegetation. The experience at the Dolphin Lodge was exceptional! Our guide, Leonard, was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me and my wife. He is also adaptable and will accommodate your needs to the best of his ability. We saw monkeys, caimans, a tarantula, a viper, and many rare species of birds, to name a few. To experience the Amazon in your back yard is truly an experience you will never forget.
