It is extremely comfortable and the staff is so welcoming. We’ve stayed in other hotels in Windsor and this is our favorite by far. The sound insulation keeps your room quiet from the outside.

Spacious, clean room with comfy bed (we sleep well), quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was great with selections of cold and hot food. There’s a water refilling station, various teas and a coffee machine offering a selection coffees in the lobby. Staff were helpful and friendly. Ample free parking too. We’ll stay here again for sure!

Ovie (the host) was amazing, very kind and informative. The rooms were super clean and nice, we were so happy with everything.
