Absolutely fantastic stay at this charming hotel!The location couldn’t be better—just 5mins walk way from the gondola,making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes every morning. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious fresh bread, local cheeses, and homemade jams—a perfect start to the day. What truly stood out was the warm and efficient service. Though the team is small, they were exceptionally attentive and made me feel right at home. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay. Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Location, breakfast, cleanliness. Hospitability of the staff

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. The staff treated me like family!! Very helpful with suggestions on what to do. A bonus is the "fondue chalet" which would be great for a group or couple. The location is close to the bus line or easy walking distance. The hotel is very organized for sking, with the ski room.

Matterhorn is 9 km from Hotel Butterfly, while Klein Matterhorn is 10 km from the property. The nearest airport is Lugano Airport, 90 km from the accommodation. We had an excellent stay! Top location 3 min walk from the train station, surrounded by restaurants, shops, ticket offices. Our room was new, clean and spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. The staff are perfect, super polite and friendly. We had to leave very early, but they packed us a breakfast box to go, that was super cute! Special thanks to Regina, the receptionist, she’s a real professional!
