Booking the right hotel has always been part of our travel itinerary. Schloss, Zermatt is definitely a must try. It is located just across the main train station, 3mins away from the gornegratt railway, 10mins away from sunnega blauherd station. The main road where everything is from shops, to restaurants, and grocery is just a couple of minutes away. The facilities are amazing with a heated pool, a spa, a big balcony, and a working fridge. Breakfast choices are more than enough and are real good. Plus all room booking include afternoon tea. The staff are lovely and courteous. This hotel is worth every penny.

Het Testa Grigia is volledig gerenoveerd in 2010 en biedt stijlvol ingerichte kamers met een balkon, een koffiezetapparaat en gratis WiFi. Everything was great! Tasty breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location! Definitely recommend!

The view is the best especially on the 3rd floor. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious too.

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor... Everything was great. Friendly and helpful staff!!! Room is comfy and has everything. We had a family room and 2 balconies..both views were breathtaking. I cant wait to go back. Wish we stayed longer

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. Everything was amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and the spa is perfect for ending a day on the slopes.

Hotel Butterfly enjoys a quiet location in the centre of car-free Zermatt, only 250 metres from the Gornergratbahn train station and the ski bus stop. Alles is bij dit hotel tot in de puntjes perfect. Perfecter bestaat niet. En wat een ontbijt ! De kamers heel mooi, ook een hele mooie lounge en enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Je kan het niet een goedkoop hotel noemen, maar gerekend voor Zermatt en deze kwaliteit vind ik de prijs gerechtvaardigd. Ook de ligging is uitstekend : op 450 meter van het station en in een zijstraat van de hoofdstraat zodat er quasi geen lawaai doordringt.

Het Alpen Resort & Spa ligt dichtbij de skiliften in Zermatt en biedt een restaurant en ruime kamers met een kabel-tv. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar in het gehele gebouw. Everything is great, the room, the bed, the hot tub and location.

Hotel Bristol wordt door een familie beheerd en ligt op een centrale maar rustige locatie in Zermatt, tussen het treinstation en de Klein Matterhorn-kabelbaan. The woman who checked us in could not have been more friendly and helpful. She was simply very wonderful. Regrets I do not remember her name. Each coming and going she was there with a smile. Answered all our questions. 5 stars! The breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed at during our 9 day journey- We stayed at a total of 4 hotels. The food was plentiful, well prepared and lots of options. We did have a very nice view of the Matterhorn, Room 502, I believe. The TV was on when we entered with a welcoming remark and then a video of a crackling fireplace. Perfect. Best of all was the employee at the check desk.

The hotel is classic but was well maintained. We had a good stay. Their restaurant was great as well. Location near the train station.
