The beds were clean, neat, and very comfortable, and the WiFi worked flawlessly. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city, making tour pickups incredibly convenient since everything was so centrally located. Although we missed breakfast for the first two days due to early tours, the staff went above and beyond by arranging packed lunches for us. They even proactively reached out via WhatsApp, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’ve honestly never experienced such excellent communication from a hotel before. The staff are always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. After long days of exploring, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The water refill station is a great added bonus, and their restaurant, ROOTS, offers some truly delicious menu options. If you’re too tired to head out for a meal, you can simply step outside your room and enjoy amazing food and outstanding service. Highly recommended!
