It is very well located, the staff is amazing, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We stayed for two nights at the beginning of our trip, and later, when we returned to Puerto Varas, we decided to change our hotel and come back here again. The second time, the room we got had a bathroom that was not as nice as the first one, so I would just recommend keeping all bathrooms as beautiful as the others, because the rooms themselves are lovely and the whole house is very cozy and comfortable. The attention from the staff is excellent, and the breakfast is really good, very punctual and with great variety. I especially want to highlight Sue from the staff. On our last day, we had an early morning flight and had to leave before breakfast time, and she kindly offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast bag for us. I truly recommend this hotel. The service is exceptional!
