Really comfortable beds, was nice to have a mini kitchen - we were able to heat up leftovers and cook some breakfast. We also liked the balcony, it had a great view and it was very relaxing to just be there chatting, enjoying the chilly air.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were amazing. We arrived at the hotel early and they had a room for us to have an early check in, i cant say enough good things about the hotel and its staff. 10/10

The location is perfect and in an area where you can walk to a large mall and around the streets safely. Easy to use Uber and taxis to get to other locations. Don’t even conserve starting anywhere else.

Santiago’s historic town center is at 30 min walking or 10 min in public transport. I liked everything about this lovely place.The location was perfect-a short walk to the Metro station.The room was clean and serviced regularly.Sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast each morning was perfect and really prepared me for the day....What I liked most were the staff-friendly,helpful,welcoming and ultra professional.I want to mention Caroline who handled check-in and helped me a lot during the week I spent there...Also,Ron,Janice,Javiera,Antonia,Fran,Christian,Claudia and Sebastian.The staff helped in so many ways to make my stay so enjoyable.This is a top class Hostal and is definitely worth returning to.....Top marks....10 out of 10.
