Everything was perfect. It is located in a quiet little square, close to all the points of interest in Providencia, a 10 min walk from the Los Leones metro station. The cleanliness is impeccable, there is a 24 hour reception desk, the gate is locked all the time giving a feeling of security. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a friendly living room and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff and the manager Luciano are all professional, friendly and gave me support in everything I needed. If I return to santiago I will definitely make the same choice for accommodation.

Mandarin Oriental, Santiago biedt een zwembad in lagunestijl met een waterval en een tuin. Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar. We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.

The decor, everything in working order, cleanliness, delicious breakfast and dinner. Loved the wallpaper in the room and in the elevator. Loved the sculptures, dog aprons on wait staff.
