The nice and attendive staff, great hospitality, and they offered everything that makes your stay comfortable after the long and tiring tours! We could even have tea in the breakfast hall during the day. The shower was immediately and perfecty hot (which was unfortunately uncommon in other parts of Chile that we stayed in) and the beds are super comfy, I also really like the authentic athmosphere that the hostal has :) Regarding breakfast at early hours before tours: they are very flexible, and let us have breakfast earlier and very fast🥰 Thank you for everything, If I ever come back to Puerto Natales, I will definitely choose this place again!!

Very nice place. Good room with a great view of the mountains - fairly central with parking available in the car park of the shop next door. Nice breakfast.

The apartment was a huge space with two bedrooms and a very spacious living room and kitchen. Definitely exceeded expectations and the host was very friendly and accomodating.

The owner slept less than 5 hours because we arrived late and left early but made our breakfast and brought us to our next bus stop early in the morning.

Such a friendly and well run hostel. It feels like you are a guest in Gustav and Pedro’s house. We stayed five nights and were very comfortable. A great kitchen and lounge area to spend time if the weather is bad outside! Definitely recommended. Gracias Pedro and Gustav.
