If you need to find a place to eat, the nearest bank or places to see h he always has your back. Apartments are nice, a lot of space, huge windows, nice shower and toilet. Apartments are perfect for 1 or 2 people. The flat is located in a secured complex, there is a basketball court, a couple lakes and a swimming pool inside it, along with a huge amount of benches, small roads to walk around and several parks. There are a lot of restaurants and street-food stalls around (personally recommend BBQ place on the left from the west gate). If you are first time in China - there are a couple places outside the complex where you can buy and activate a sim-card. Complex is located 10 minutes away from two most popular tourist-oriented streets (Zhong Yang and Baroque Street), so it's easy to pick a route to take a look around. Also, Songhua river is 5 minutes away from the place.
