The most amazing thing which made me happy is the reciption staff and i want to name them one by one( Mari, Ana, Felipe, Amanda, Carla, Erika, Priscila and Carol. They were always smiling , welcoming , helpfull .i felt that they are like family and made us feel extreemly Happy.

The entire place was spotless, beautifully renovated, and perfectly quiet – creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was another highlight: room service was tasty, breakfast was delicious, and dinner at the restaurant was unforgettable. In fact, it was one of the best meals of our whole trip, with an outstanding wine list – even compared to several Michelin-starred restaurants we visited. A perfect combination of history, comfort, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable experience.
