My parents liked our bite so much that I rented them a room and they cancelled their other accommodations! The concierge was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation! I also love the keys that you can leave with the concierge when you step out. It is a really nice system so you never lose your key.

We booked a room only for the night due to a flight cancellation, the staff stayed up watching the cameras due to the time we arrived to make sure we got in ok... Can't have asked for any better service from Hotel Lessing they went above and beyond to make a end of our holiday a comfy last night.. We had already spent 9 nights with them this was an unexpected stopover... But at least we knew what to expect..

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. We had almost everything we needed. Good breakfast, helpful personal, especially the man at the breakfast check in. Good beds and all room equipment. Good location, close to the main train station and approximately 20-30 by foot or 5-7 minutes by the metro from the old town.
Check-in was fast.Definitely recommended accommodation. We would like to stay there again.

The location was ideal for a quick 1 night stay driving home from a holiday in France due to easy access on the outskirt of the city and free/easy parking available. All areas, incl. the room, is very well maintained and kept spotless clean. The breakfast buffet was good with many choices both warm and cold. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful house! The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the cozy living area and the lovely garden. The baby bed and bedsheets that was prepared for our little son was also a success. Our vacation was for a short weekend but a week could be easily spent in this house. Next time maybe :)

Excellent hotel with all the accommodations next to the Messe Köln station. Comfortable beds, pleasant bathroom, everything clean. Good bar and breakfast buffet is inclusive with allergens and dietary wishes well provided and indicated. Great for vegans! Very nice design of furniture and rooms too.

This was our second time staying at Lavendel. The kitchen is amazing for a holiday let with all the facilities you need - large oven, gas and electric hob, coffee pod machine, large fridge, kettle and microwave - plus plenty of utensils and pans. Free of road parking and being 10 minutes from Phantasialand was a great advantage. We also enjoyed playing the board games provided in the property. If we're in the area again we'll definitely stay here.

My stay was the disrupted due to booking.com system failure. But the owner was really communicative and very supportive and find us the same value and benefits accommodation as replacement. Owner is handling with one of the best customer service I have ever seen. For sure when there’s a chance again I would like to stay and experienced their accommodation.

Very nice place to stay. We were traveling as family of 4 + dog. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. My daughter left her plush toy in the room when we were leaving and Hotel Staff was holding it for us almost two weeks before we collected the toy on our way back from Holidays. Staff speaks English and is very helpful. Very good value for money. I highly recommend to everyone.
