It's just 2 min away from the train station and 5 min from the old city streets. we spent a good ammount of time on the terrace for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening overlooking the wine yards. The unit was exceptionally clean, very well lit, and thoughtfully accommodated. The owner was kind and considerate. My only qualm is that I wish we could’ve stayed longer to be able to enjoy the garden. We hope to return some day!

Set on the grounds of Burg Schwarzenstein and surrounded by vineyards and a country garden, this chic hotel is quietly located in Geisenheim. It offers an award-winning gourmet restaurant and scenic views of the Rheintal valley. We didn't realize this is one of the Relais & Châteaux hotels before we arrive, and we're totally satisfied after arrival. Pretty nice holiday getaway hotel with good location, view, facility and friendly staff. There is a gift riesling in the room(yes of course, this is Geisenheim, riesling is the reason that brought us here), and it is a pretty tasty one. The hotel has a fine restaurant attached to it, but we didn't have a chance to try due to reservation issues.

Eibingen Abbey is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation and the ruins of Burg Ehrenfels castle are 5 km away. It is a 10-minute drive to the Rheingauer Wine Museum. The town centre as well as the outskirts of the town are both 5 km away from the property. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Weingut Magdalenenhof and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The rooms were charmingly decorated and exuded a cozy atmosphere. The working facilities were top-notch, allowing me to stay productive during my visit. Upon entering, the wine and liquor shop immediately caught my attention with its diverse selection and fun atmosphere. The restaurant was wonderfully cozy, and the food was absolutely delicious, exceeding my expectations at every meal. And of course, the highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view of the vineyard, which provided a serene backdrop to my time at the Weingut. Overall, I highly recommend Weingut Magdalenenhof for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and culinary delights amidst stunning natural surroundings.
