Martha and her team are the best. Super helpful and accommodating. The location is really cool. I've been told it is really safe here. There is security everywhere in the area and buildings. Guayaquil is an amazing city and I have never felt unsafe, but do be more than respectful and be alert, like any big city. The city and its people will treat you exactly the same.

Perfect place for a stopover near the airport. Our room had a little kitchen, was very clean and had complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Very comfortable mattress too. 24h reception service.
